For better results, ensure the front and top air inlets are not obstructed.
Do not use the dehumidifier below 50oF (minimum operating temperature).
We suggest replacing the HEPA filter every 6 months depending on usage.
Steps for cleaning the dehumidifier:
- Turn off the dehumidifier and unplug the power cord.
- Remove the water tank, and empty the water inside.
- Mix half a cup of vinegar and 3 cups of water and let it sit in the water tank for 5 minutes.
- Then use a soft damp cloth to wipe any dust on the unit.
- After 5 minutes, empty the water tank, rinse it with water, dry it with a towel, then put it back into the chamber, and you're all set to use the dehumidifier again.

What's the dehumidifier operating temperatures?

Temperature should be a minimum of 50oF, and max of 122oF.
How often should i replace the filter?

How do I reset the orange air filter light, after replacing the filter?

When the "Air Purifier" light flashes orange, and you've changed the filter, press and hold the "Air Purifier" button for 7 seconds. The light should change back to solid green, indicating it's been reset.
